Let's make churros

Let’s make churros

I love market day.  Churros is similar to a doughnut mixture cooked in hot oil in a circular sausage shape.  Once completed they cut it into strips, wrap in paper and cover in sugar then serve it in a plastic carrier bag so you can eat it with your fingers as you walk around the market.  This piece here would be enough for 4 servings, about 7 strips a serving at a cost of 1€.  If you could eat the whole piece it would cost you 4€, ten pounds in weight gain and an early heart attack!!!!  But lovely for an occasional treat.
